Policies & FAQs

  • Where are you located?

I currently tattoo in my private studio located in 2133 Southend Dr. #105 Loft C, Charlotte, NC 28203. Parking is available behind the building which you can access from 7th Street or Hawthorne Lane. Even though there’s plenty of parking available, please note that parking can be scarce at times since its shared with a few other businesses.

  • How to book?

You can book your hourly session using the “Book Now” button. You’ll be able to book your date and time slot after providing a deposit. Deposits range between $60-200 depending on the length of your session.

*Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the final price of the tattoo.

  • What if I need to reschedule?

Don’t worry if you need to reschedule! Make sure to let me know at least 72 hours before to ensure you do not lose your deposit. Cancellations, no-shows, and those who do not give me proper notice 72 hours in advance forfeit their deposit.

Please note: I know times are difficult for all, but if you reschedule multiple times I will need a new deposit as I might not be able to fill those spots.

  • How do you charge?

I charge by the piece. This rate is based on design complexity, size, placement, style, color, etc. My minimum is $175 unless there’s a special promotion available or we had agreed on another quote. For larger pieces, I charge per session/ hour depending on progress.

I manage my own booking, so I ask you please wait 5-7 days for an email/text response, be sure to check all inboxes (including your junk/spam folder).

*I require a deposit that is non-refundable and goes toward the final price of the tattoo.

$100 deposit 4 hours or less

    $150 deposit 4-8 hours

  • When will I see my design?

I typically do not show designs until the day of or the day before your appointment (Upon request, for the day before I usually show the rough sketch to make sure our visions are aligned).

I trust that all clients who schedule with me have faith in me to understand and translate their ideas to the best of my ability. If you’re interested in having a face to face consultation please let me know in your consultation form and I will meet with you in person or over FaceTime to make sure all your questions are answered.

  • Can I change my design?

If you’d like to make small changes to the design, I am absolutely okay with that and will be as patient as you need. In order for me to provide you with the best design, please let me know at least 72 hours before your appointment if you are thinking of changing your idea entirely. It is important to me that you are 100% sure and happy with the final design, but please keep in mind changes such as a significant redesign may require rescheduling depending on the time we’ve scheduled.

  • What styles do you do/ don’t do?

YES: Pointillism, dotwork, portrait, realism, fine art, micro tattoos, cartoon/anime, pet/animal, fineline, black and grey, script/ lettering, minimalism, illustrative, some color.

NO: Tribal, traditional, Japanese traditional, geometric, mandala, bio mechanical, religion.

Another artist’s work (except in special circumstances where explicit permission from the artist is given)

Designs I have already tattooed on another person (unless specified as 'repeatable')

  • Do you do cover-ups or reworks?

Yes, I do, but they require an in person consultation. I only take reworks and coverups that I am completely comfortable with.

  • Are there any places/things you do not tattoo?

I do not tattoo genitalia. I do not tattoo any imagery that is racist, bigoted, hateful or disrespectful. Please note there might be cases where I refuse a specific tattoo/placement that’s not listed above if I do not feel comfortable.

  • How do I prepare for my tattoo appointment?

Bring your I.D. and charge your phone. Make sure you get a full night’s rest, drink plenty of water, and eat an entire meal before your appointment. I would advise against drinking alcohol for 24 hours.

Wear loose comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty. Bring a sugary drink and a snack/meal. I recommend bringing a blanket, phone charger, and headphones for long sessions. Anything that will make you feel comfortable and help you relax is welcomed.

Eating/ hydrating yourself is by far the most important step in preparing for the tattoo process. I promise it does make a difference! I also recommend avoiding anything containing THC for about 12-24 hours before as you can become more sensitive to pain.

  • Can I bring a friend with me?

Bringing a family member or friend can be one of the best ways to make the experience more fun and comfortable for you. I am happy to host you. Please keep in mind that I only have space to sit 1 to 2 people beside you. Anyone else may have to stand or wait in the car as the space is limited.

  • How/when do I pay? Can I tip you?

You can pay with cash, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, credit card, debit card, or apple pay at the studio after your session. Tipping is greatly appreciated!

  • Do you tattoo minors?

No. I only tattoo people over the age of 18. In the state of NC it is illegal to tattoo minors even with a parent’s consent.

  • How do I care for my new tattoo?
