Hi! I’m Sam! A Charlotte, NC based tattoo artist and Founder of Sage & Needle Tattoo Studio.

My main styles are Pointillism, dot work, fine line, and realism. I would love to work on bigger pieces, classical paintings, human portraits and pet portraits. I am more recently experimenting with color even though my main focus is black and grey.

I love plants and animals, coffee, and art.

I aim to create a safe and enjoyable environment and offer a healing and nurturing experience more than just a tattoo. I believe we experience a very vulnerable moment when being tattooed and I want to make sure there’s a positive energy exchange for everyone involved.
